Ingredients

5 to 7 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 gmbeasan
  • 3 spooncurd
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2small boil potatoes
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1 small cupSprouted kala chana
  • 1tspn ajwain
  • pinchBlack salt
  • as per tasteSalt
  • pinchBlack pepper
  • Red chilli powder
  • Little bit garam masala
  • 2 tablespoongreen chutney
  • 5 gmsHing
  • 4-5 slicebread

Steps

5 to 7 minutes
  1. 1

    First in besan mix curd, salt

  2. 2

    Then see the consistency and add little little water to it

  3. 3

    Now add hing and ajwain also

  4. 4

    When batter becomes little fluffy..keep aside..

  5. 5

    Now mash the boil potatoes,and paneer.mix sprouted chana. onion,coriander leaves,salt, black salt, garam masala in it..

  6. 6

    Now take 1 slice of bread and spread chutney on it.. and after that spread the stuffing on it

  7. 7

    Put another bread on it

  8. 8

    Press the bread slightly.

  9. 9

    Now cut into two pieces in any shape..

  10. 10

    Best is triangle or rectangle

  11. 11

    Dip the bread into the batter

  12. 12

    And deep fry it

  13. 13

    You can shallow fry also

  14. 14

    Serve with green chutney and ketchup...
