Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375

dice up your chicken set aside

chop up your potatoes set aside
- 4
chop (I used a food processor) your onion and jalapenos up
- 5
in a large bowl mix your chicken, potatoes and onion and jalapenos

season how you like :-)

put the mixture in the baking dish

sprinkle cheese evenly then pour cream of chicken over the cheese
- 9
sprinkle the stuffing on top just enough to cover it
- 10
bake for 45 mins serve and enjoy :-)
