4 servings

1Onion
375 gramsFrozen asian vegetables
2 tbspPlain flour
2 cupSkim milk
1 eachVege stock cube
1 eachGrated cheese to taste
500 gramsHokkien noodles soaked in hot water
1 dashThai seasoning to taste

Steps

Chop onions and place it with the frozen veges into a 3 litre casserole dish.

Cook on high in microwave for 5 mins

Stir in the flour and cook on high for 1 minute.

Blend in the milk and stock, cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.

Now add the cheese and noodles. Mix well. Sprinkle with thai seasoning and cook on high for a further 6-8 minutes
