Cut the cheese into rectangle shape.

Make a marinade of hung curd, chopped onion, salt, black pepper.

Dip cheese pieces into the marinade and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Heat a grilled pan.

Arrange a cheese pieces and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.

Grilled cheese from both sides.

Serve with tomato dip and green chutney.
