peel carrots & cut into 1/4 slices

you should have about 6 cups carrots

place carrots,1/3 cup water,salt,pepper in LG saute pan & bring to boil

cover pan & cook over low heat for 7-8 min's until the carrots are just cooked through

add the butter and saute for another minute until the water evaporates and the carrots are covered with butter

off the heat toss in the dill or parsely
- 7
sprinkle with salt & pepper & serve
