Soak rice for at least 1/2 hour

In pressure cooker, put oil. In oil, put rai, jeera and hing and crackle it. Add whole gram masala and cook for a 2 min.

Add haldi and red chilli powder and quickly add aloo and matar and cook for 4-5 min.

Drain water from rice and add to pressure cooker. And cook for 4-5 min while continuously stirring.

Add salt and water. Water will be double quantity of rice.

Now cover pressure cooker lid. take 2 whistle on low flame and one on high.

Garnish with coriander.Delicious tehari is ready.
