In a pan dry roast 1/2 cup peanut 1tsp till 1tbsp khada dhaniya 2 laung 1 inch cinamon stick... let it become cool grind it peanut masala ready keep aside.

In grinder add 4 tamatoe 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic 1 grren chilly green tamatoe puree ready keep aside.

In a grinder grind chopped onions keep aside..

Take brinjals gives cut in it...keep asidd

In peanut masala add red chilly powder turmeric powder salt mix stuff it in bringal... keep remaining masala aside.

In a work heat oil add jeera add oniom paste saute...

Add tamatoe puree cook...

Add pinch of turmeric powder corinder powder mix...

Add stuff bringal mix it properly...

Add remaining peanut masala...

Cook it untile brinjal become soft
