2eggs
3big Fresh potatoes
1cksp Palmoil
Salt
2Fresh pepper
1Onion
2Maggi seasoning
1cksp Crayfish
1/2 teaspoonturmeric
1/2 teaspooncurry

Steps

1

Crack eggs and add salt then beat.

Fry the eggs with only onion.fry for 3mins.

Peel and cut the fresh Potatoes,add all the other ingredients.

Like palm oil,salt,onion,crayfish,turmeric,curry and maggi seasoning.

Leave it to boil for 10mins.stir vigourously and cover again to boil.

Boil for 4more mins and stir.taste

Serve with fried egg
