Boil water in pot, then add salt, when water is boiling on pot add your mielie meal(impuphu) and stir leave it to cook for 20 minutes.

Dice onion and green pepper and fry till slightly brown, add your spices. Add your liver which is finely chopped and fry for 20 minutes then after add your thickener.
