Fold each licorice piece in half and push in centers of 12 marshmallows then set aside.

in a large pan melt butter over low heat then add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add cereal and stir until well coated.

Using greased 1/2 cup measuring cup, divide warm cereal mixture in to 12 portions. Shape each portion around licorice ends. Cool. Decorate w. frosting and m&m's.
