Steps

Add oil, Cajun seasoning and lemon juice to ziplock back and add chicken and marinate over night

Pour marinade and chicken in hot pan and sear on high and set aside

Without using to much of the residual oil add chiles and peppers and sauté for a few and then add the garlic and cook the mix down

Add heavy cream, lemon zest, juice and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and simmer for about 20 minutes

Season to taste and add more Cajun if needed and then add parsley and simmer again
- 6
Add chicken and heat through, then add Parmesan and simmer
- 7
Add pasta and heat through
- 8
Serve and add tomato, parsley and Parmesan on top
