Ingredients

  1. 150 grice flour
  2. 150 gtapioca flour
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 300 mLcoconut milk
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspbutter
  7. 200 gsugar
  8. 2large eggs
  9. 120-180 mLwater
  10. Roasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one by one and beat until the mixture is pale yellow.

    Add coconut milk to the wet mixture

  3. 3

    Combine the flour, vanilla extract and water until there's no more lumps.

  4. 4

    Lightly mix the 2 mixtures together and add the sesame seeds. The thinner the batter, the more crispy the waffles are. However, do not add more than 200 mL water.

    Use the ice cream waffle maker to make the waffles
