Cooking Instructions

Preheated oven to 180 degree celcius

Beat butter and sugar for about 3-4 minutes

Add egg yolk one at a time to the butter batter, whisk in a medium speed mixer

On the other bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda

On a low speed, add dry ingredients simultaneously with the butter milk
- 6
On the other bowl, whisk the egg whites until fluffy
- 7
Pour half of the egg whites to the batter, fold it until well combined. And pour the rest of it and fold it again

Pour the batter into 2 baking pan (22 cm diameter) and bake it for about 30-35 minutes

Add butter cream frosting if you want!
