  • 5sausages
  • Breadcrumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs and keep them aside to cool

  2. 2

    Remove the shells on eggs

  3. 3

    Squeeze the sausages in a separate bowl

  4. 4

    In a bowl mix breadcrumbs with egg yolk and the squeezed eggs

  5. 5

    Deep in the boiled eggs in the bowl with the mixture to have the coat

  6. 6

    Deep fry in cooking oil to turn brown

  7. 7
