Steps

remove skin & bone from salmon

roll salmon inside sole fillets

set rolls in baking pan and set aside

melt butter in a pan, add onions and saute
- 5
add lemon pepper, tarragon and water. bring to boil.

add white wine, bring to boil again then take off heat

when cool add egg folks and juice of 1/2 lemon

pour sauce over rolls and bake @ 400°F for 20 mins.
