Chocolate Covered Nutter Butter Cookie Balls

Place Nutter Butters in a bag and smash with a meat tenderizer until they are very fine crumbs. Set aside a small amount to sprinkle the cookie balls with once dipped in chocolate.

Place crumbs in a small mixing bowl and add softened cream cheese. Mix together until cream cheese is completely mixed in.

Roll dough into small balls (about the size of ball of cookie dough) and place on cookie sheet. Once you have rolled all your balls place cookie sheet in refrigerator for about an hour to chill.

Once balls are chilled take out of refrigerator and set aside.

Heat chocolate according to package instructions. Don't over heat, melted chocolate is tricky and hard to work with if you over heat.

Dip each ball and fully cover in the melted chocolate. I use a soon and/or a toothpick.

Once all you're balls are dipped in chocolate sprinkle with the left over cookie crumbs. Place back in refrigerator and show to chill and chocolate to harden. Then ENJOY!
