Take heavy bottom vessel

Add oil

Heat it.add cummin seeds and bay leaf saute add all whole garam masala

Add finely chopped onions saute

Add ggg paste thar is ginger garlic green chilli paste saute

Add all veggies one by one saute add tomatoes

Add salt and kitchen king masala

Mix cover and cook till veggies are half cook

Add required amount of water let it boil

Now add Rice little salt mix and cook on medium flame

Till Rice are nicely cooked.off the gas.keep it covered fir 10mts

For raita beat the curd

Add chaat masala and gratted beetroot.mix nicely

Transfer the raita in serving bowl garnish with fried kaju

Transfer the Biryani in Serving dish.granish with fried kaju and serve with Beetroot Raita
