  • 1 cupcurd
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Pinchsugar
  • Eno fruit salt
  • oil
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • leavesCurry
  • 1onion

Steps

    Take a bowl add semolina

    Add curd, sugar and salt

  3. 3

    Mix well add water for batter

  4. 4

    Keep aside 10 mnts

  5. 5

    Grease the mold

  6. 6

    Mix Eno fruitsalt

  7. 7

    Steel 10mnts

  8. 8

    Wen slightly cool down keep out

  9. 9

    Take a pan add oil saute onions

  10. 10

    Crackle mustard seed, meethi dana

  11. 11

    Add curry leaves

  12. 12

    Cut idli in small pieces

  13. 13

    Saute them&srve with coconut chutney..
