Ingredients

  • 5tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupkhoya
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbKaju, badam kishmish
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 3/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • Ginger and chilli
  • Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Scoop 4 tomatoes

    A picture of step 1 of Shahi tomato.

    Take a pan cook khoya

  3. 3

    Wen half cook add salt and pepper chopped dry fruits &Cook 3-4mnts

  4. 4

    Scooped Pulp &1tomato, ginger&green chilli ko grind kar puree bana le

  5. 5

    Take a pan add oil crackle jeera and heeng

  6. 6

    Add red chilli powder pour 1/4cup water

  7. 7

    Add turmeric powder &coriander powder

  8. 8

    Cook until leave corner leaves

  9. 9

    Add tomato puree cook until leaves corner

  10. 10

    Add salt and garamasala

  11. 11

    Add 3/4cup of water &cook simmer flame 10mnts

  12. 12

    Fill scooped tomato with khoya mixture

  13. 13

    Add less of 1/4tsp sugar

  14. 14

    Arrange tomatoes &cover the lid

  15. 15

    Cook simmer flame more 5-7mnts

  16. 16

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves &dry fruits

  17. 17

    Serve with laccha paratha..
