Steps

Take a bowl add potato mashed salt green chili turmeric powder garam Masala and anardana powder

Mix it well Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Take an another bowl add gram flour ajwain salt and water

Make a batter like pakoda

Add soda and mix it well
- 6
Make a balls from potato mixture and deep in batter
- 7
Put in hot oil and deep fry till turns golden brown
- 8
Serve with green chatney
