Steps

Put milk in khadai

Boil the milk and add saffron and doodh masala (no need to soak)

Boil the milk on sim flame and side the malai of the milk

Do this procedure till milk become 1/4th

Now add grated apple and boil it for 1 min(do not greate the apple first other wise it turn red)

At last add sugar and mix properly and cook untill it dissolve properly
- 7
Garnish with dry fruits
