Peel off pea and boil them separately.Wash and cut all veggies in small pieces. Now boil potatoes and veggies. Cool them and grind in mixer. Make a paste of tomatoes, chilli and ginger. Also make paste of onions.

Heat the oil in kadhahi mix some butter too. Now fry onion paste in it till brown. Add turmeric powder, pav bhaji masala and salt in it. Now add tomato pury, and fry till brown.

Add boiled pea grains, Now mix all veggies' paste in it,add some water. Sim the flame and cook for 5 minutes. Bhaji is ready.

Now apply butter on pav and bake for sometime.

Serve pav with bhaji garnished by a thick piece of butter(more butter more taste, but not healthier 😊). onion, lemon, pickle are additionally required with pav and bhaji ☺️.

For bhaji we may use any other vaggie too, it's on taste we likes.
