Ingredients

  • 1 cupSoftened butter
  • 1 cupGranulated sugar
  • 1 cupCreamy peanut butter
  • 1 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 2 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 36 eachBite size snickers bars

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter, sugars, and peanut butter at medium speed until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until blended

  2. 2

    Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl

  3. 3

    Add to butter mixture, cover and chill 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Preheat oven 350°

  5. 5

    Shape 2 tablespoon around each snicker bar and roll into balls

  6. 6

    Place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet

  7. 7

    Cook 13 to 14 minutes...cool 5 minutes
