Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1Apple
  • 1/2 cupCornflour
  • 2 pinchBaking soda
  • 2 tbspCherry
  • 2 scoopVanilla ice cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix baking soda and maida in a bowl and mix.

  2. 2

    Add water and make a thin batter.

  3. 3

    Cut the apples as in pics. Dip it in batter.

  4. 4

    Deepfry it till it turn golden light colour

  5. 5

    Served with ice cream and cherry.
