boil potatoes

pre heat oven gas mark 4

fry mince till browned add some herbs of your choice, add some ready boiled carrots chopped and 1 onion chopped, cook on a low heat

take a ready made pastry, roll out pastry for the bottom. once mince is ready, pour in the dish and add boiled potato's.take another pastry, roll out for the top. press down to seal it, cut edges and press down with a fork all around the edge. place in the middle of the oven bake for 30 mins till golden brown
