split english muffins and toast

butter muffins, top with 2 slices canadian bacon and put in 250°F oven to keep warm

put 2inces of water in large skillet, add 2 tbsp vinegar, bringto low boil, reduce heat

crack several eggs in skillet, cook until yolk is firm

place egg on top of canadian bacon and return to oven until all eggs are done
- 6
serve topped with hollandaise sauce
