Muli, gajar ko wash karein then peel karein then 2 inch size me cut karein

Ginger ko peel karein then small size cut and galgal ko bhi small size me cut karein... Green chilli ko wash karein dry then 2 part me cut karein

Then sab ko mix karein then add 1 tspn salt mix it well then 1 day ke.liye dhoop me rakhe.

Then after 1 day sabhi veg ko salt water se nikal ke plate me nikal ke sukha le..... dhoop na mile to fan ke niche 1 hour ke liye rakh ke dry karein

Then sukha Bartan me sab achar ki veg dale... and haldi, jarurat anusar namak, lal mirch, Ajmain, sarso powder, kali mirch, ache se sab ko mila le

Fir sarso ka oil gram karein ache se fir usme hing daal ke thanda karein aur achar me daal le 2 tspn sirka dale sab ko mix karein

Achar ready hai aap abhi bhi khatai sakte hai but achar ka asli taste 3 din badh aaye ga..
