Bottle gourd manchow soup is a mix of finally chopped nutritious veggies sauteed along with garlic & chinese sauces , cooked in flavourful vegetable stock and thickend with corn flour. Which gets an extra bit of crunch with deep fried crispy noodles

Bottle gourd manchow soup is a mix of finally chopped nutritious veggies sauteed along with garlic & chinese sauces , cooked in flavourful vegetable stock and thickend with corn flour. Which gets an extra bit of crunch with deep fried crispy noodles

Heat butter in a wok.

Add chopped onion and chopped garlic in it & soute them for 4-5 min.

Now add sliced mushroom, chopped carrot, chopped bottle gourd and soute them.

Now add corns & vegetable stock in it. Let it come to boil.

Add salt and pepper, soya souce, chilli sauce & vinegar and stir well.

Now add cheese or tofu cut into cubes and add to the soup.

Mix corn flour with 1/4 water and add to the soup & cook till it thickens.

It's ready. Serve hot with fried noodles

Garnish with coriander leaves
