palak ko wash kar ke clean kar ke pure banayein.

Then is palak ki pure me boil botato peel then mashed kar ke add karein then add salt, red chilli, chat masala, gram masala, hari mirch cut kar mix karein

Then add poha ko mixi me powder bana ke add karein isme.(pohe ka aata oil jada nahi pita aur hamari dish oily nahi hogi)

. Sab ko ache se mix kar ke dough banayein

Dough se choti loi le hateli par oil lagake kabab / tikki / roll man chahe shape de ke deep dry karein... ..

(onion ko cut kar ke alag alag colour ke water me daal ke nikal le then lemon juice dale, tomato cut ke salad ready karein.... green chutney and red chutney ke sath serve)
