Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 2 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupdry fruits chopped
  • 2 tspraisins soaked
  • leavesCurry
  • 1/2 tsprai ya mustard seed
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspwhite urad ki dal roasted
  • 1 tspchane ki dal roasted
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Karahi mein oil garam karein.Rai curry leaves urad or chane ki dal kar 2 min roast karein.

  2. 2

    Suji dale or roast karein. hot water dale or chalate rahein.Lumps nahi ho.

  3. 3

    Add nuts raisins and mix all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add desi ghee and serve.

  5. 5

    Garnish with dry fruits.Thanks to all.
