to tasteSalt
Desi ghee for shallow fry
1spoon butter

Take a big ball of kneaded makka
make 5 small balls from it.

Roll it spread ghee in each layer

Spread ghee and make a stack one on top of another

Again roll it in proper size

Cook from both sides it and add butter also..

5 layered makka paratha is now ready to serve.
