Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients I.e spices together and keep aside

Cut the baigan in round slices

Heat oil in a non stick tawa

Place baigan slices on tawa

Drizzle some oil on top of the slices and now sprinkle the ready masala on top

Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then turn the sides

Cook properly from both the sides
