Steps

First wash the poha under running water

Keep the poha aside

In a kadai, heat oil add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves

Once they crackle add the onions

Cook them till translucent
- 6
Add the capsicum and tomatoes and cook for few minutes
- 7
Meanwhile check the poha if dried again sprinkle some water
- 8
Transfer the poha too in the kadai
- 9
Mix well and now add all the spices

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
