Steps

Blanch the spinach and grind with ginger,garlic,green chillies.

Now take a pan with oil in it,put jeera then chopped onions till they are transulent then put the tomatoes chopped or puree.

Then put red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,kasuri methi and salt saute till oil separates
- 4
Now put palak puree and paneer saute put little water if needed.
- 5
Serve with roti,naan or rice
