  6. 1 tbspred chilli
  7. 1 tbspcoriander
  8. 1 tbspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  10. Oil for fry

    Peel boil potatoes and deep fry it.

    Add ghee on kadai.add garlic Tomato puree.

  3. 3

    Add all spices add Fried potatoes.now add cream.

    Ready to eat dum alloo.
