Preheat oven to 350 and line 3 baking pans with foil

Wrap each Water Chessnut with 1/3 piece bacon using a toothpick to hold together, then place the rolls seam side down in baking dish

Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and cooked through.

Drain off hot grease

In a small bowl, stir together the mayo, brown sugar and hot sauce, then dunk each chessnut piece in sauce until coated

Return to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes

*** Raw chicken pieces are also good wrapped inside
