preheat oven to 350°

boil noodles, drain and add 1/4 cup parm,egg (slightly beaten)

place noodles in bottom of pie pan raising the edges as if noodles are the crust

next layer ricotta mixed with 1/4 cup parm and 1/4 cup mozzarella over noodles leaving edges exposed to be able to get crunchy

now layer sauce over cheese still leaving edges exposed, top with 3/4 cup mozzarella and bake for 25-30 min or when crust begins to get crunchy
