Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gmscarrot, baked chenna
  2. salt, mustard, urad dal, cooking oil- 1 ts
  3. 1 cupgrated coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut the carrot into pieces

  2. 2

    In a frying pan add oil, mustard, urad dal and add carrot and baked chenna.

  3. 3

    Add the grated coconut and fry for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Curry is ready to taste.
