Steps

Combine 3/4 cup warm water, yeast & sugar in a jug and whisk. Cover and leave in a warm place for 5 mins until foamy.

Sift flour and salt into a bowl.

Add yeast mixture and oil and mix together to form a dough.

Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until elastic consistancy.

Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 mins or until dough is elastic

Lightly grease bowl & place dough back into bowl cover with plastic wrap and leave covered in a warm place for approx 30 mins. Dough is ready when it has doubled in size.

Punch the centre of the dough and turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until elastic.

When dough is smooth it is ready to roll into a flat pizza shape and toppings added.
