Allow the mixture to rest for at least 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to absorb the cold water

Melt the gelatin by putting the measuring jug into a pot filled with simmering water

Add the powdered vitamin C for a sour taste.

Fill up the tray with gelatin by using a turkey bastor
- 6
Let the mixture cool down and it's ready to serve
