Caramelized Butternut Squash
Steps

Preheat oven to 400°

Cut off ends of each squash and discard

Peel the squash and cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds

Cut the squash into 1 1/2" cubes and place them on baking sheet

Add the melted butter, brown sugar, salt, pepper

Toss all ingredients and spread out on baking sheet

Roast for 45 minutes or longer, until squash is tender and the glaze begins to carmelize

Turn squash occasionally for even browning
