Add Cooksnap

1 cupmelted butter
1 3/4 cupdark brown sugar
4eggs
3 cupflour
1 cupmilk
3/4 tspsalt
3 tspbaking soda
4 cupmashed bananas (about 8 bananas )
1 tbspvanilla
1 1/2 cupchopped walnuts (opional)

Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 350

mix butter , brown sugar , and eggs in large bowl

add flour , salt , baking soda and milk . mix well

add vanilla and bananas then mix well

if adding walnuts stir them in

spray pans with nonstick cooking spray . Divide into 3 pans and bake for 55 to 60 minutes

I've been looking for banana bread recipe and make it many times until I found this one and I'm really amazed how this bread turned out. It's crispy outside and moist inside, it's not too sweet, even after I added chocolate chips, it just perfect! Definitely a keeper, so I would like to share it with you.
