Ingredients

  • 1 cupmelted butter
  • 1 3/4 cupdark brown sugar
  • 4eggs
  • 3 cupflour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 3 tspbaking soda
  • 4 cupmashed bananas (about 8 bananas )
  • 1 tbspvanilla
  • 1 1/2 cupchopped walnuts (opional)

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    mix butter , brown sugar , and eggs in large bowl

  3. 3

    add flour , salt , baking soda and milk . mix well

  4. 4

    add vanilla and bananas then mix well

  5. 5

    if adding walnuts stir them in

  6. 6

    spray pans with nonstick cooking spray . Divide into 3 pans and bake for 55 to 60 minutes
