Ingredients

  • 1medium size tuber of yam
  • 3 tspvegetable oil
  • 10medium size green pea
  • 4medium size carrot
  • 1medium size bulb onion
  • 3seasoning cube
  • to tastesalt
  • 4medium fresh pepper (blended)
  • 4 tspspoon of crayfish (blended)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the yam
    slice into desirable shape
    put in a bowl
    wash with warm salty water..

  2. 2

    Put your yam in a pot
    add water and salt
    allow to cook...

  3. 3

    Wash your carrot and green pea together
    slice and put in a bowl...
    set aside..

  4. 4

    Wash and slice your onion
    wash and blend your pepper..

  5. 5

    Pour in your onion and pepper into your boiling pot of yam,stir and allow to cook for 1min..

  6. 6

    Add your crayfish,and seasoning cube..
    add your carrot and green pea..
    stir and allow to cook for 2min..

  7. 7

    Your garnished porridge yam is ready
