print or write what you want your cookie to say

preheat oven to 300°F

set muffin pan aside to use later

whisk together egg whites, vanilla, oil, & water

stir in dry ingredients. mix well

lightly grease baking sheet with cooking spray

drop batter by spoonful onto sheet

bake for 7-8 minutes or until lightly brown

lift from sheet with spatula

insert 'fortune' and fold cookie around

stick into a muffin pan to cool
