preheat the oven to gas mark 4/180c/fan oven 160 and line a 12 hole bun tin with 12 cake cases

sift flour into a mixing bowl. add sugar, low fat spread, eggs and orange zest ( I also add most of the orange juice, just keep enough back to glaze at the end). Beat together until pale and fluffy. Decide between the cake case. Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins until risen and golden. May take longer than 15 mins, mine usually take 25-30 mins.

While the buns are cooking, add the remaining orange juice and honey into a small saucepan and boil for 5 minutesuntil its reduced by one third.

Remove the buns from the oven and brush the glaze over them while they are still warm then leave to cool.
