cut all meat into thin slices about 1/2 by 1/2 inches or smaller

rub all meat with vinegar to remove the wild flavor

mix the rest of ingredients in large bowl and whisk together

marinate for 1- 10 hours

lay approx. 1/2 inch apart on dehydrator or broiler vented pan with pan underneath for drippings

follow dehydrator instructions or put broiler pan in oven on 200°F setting and flip every 2 hours until dry and enjoy

teriaki may be subsituted for worcestershire sauce for an asian flavor
