  • 10big potatoes
  • Black pepper to your taste
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly,without removing the cover

    Dice into your desired shape,sprinkle black pepper and salt on top of it.

  3. 3

    In the meantime, put cooking oil in a sufuria to boil.

  4. 4

    Dip the potatoes in hot boiling oil for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Serve while hot.
