Clean the surmai pieces very gently and apply salt and haldi powder. Set aside for 5 mins. Then wash it off very gently.

In a mixer jar add coriander green chillies ginger garlic(chopped) and little water. Blend to a paste

Apply this paste to washed surmai pieces very gently. After 2-3 mins add red chilli powder lemon juice 1 tsp and salt mixed gently.

Place frying pan on flame. Add oil into it. In a dish mix rava and rice atta well

Coat surmai pieces with this mixture one by one
- 6
Shallow fry the pieces on medium flame from both the sides.

Remove it on a paper towel. To remove excess oil.
