  • filling
  • 2 mediumbreast chicken fillet
  • 4 eachmushroom
  • 1spring onion
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspseasoning
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 1/2 tsppepper
  • 2tofu (not silk tofu)
  • 1 tbspseasoning (maggie, knor, etc)
  • 1chicken cube
  • skin
  • 1 boxdumpling skin

Steps

  1. 1

    prepare the steamer

  2. 2

    chop the chicken into small pieces.smash. dont use food p.rocessor because it's to smooth

  3. 3

    cut the mushroom in to small pieces. as size of quarter of pinky finger nail

  4. 4

    slice onion springs into small pieces

  5. 5

    mix all together with spatula.

  6. 6

    put the filling inside the dumpling skin.

  7. 7

    brush the bottom part of the filled dumpling with oil

  8. 8

    put into the steamer. not to close because it will expand

  9. 9

    steam 10 minutes
