Take butter in a bowl and beat it.

Add icing sugar to it and mix it well

Now add vanilla essense, refined flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Now add choco chips and milk. Beat the mixture properly.

Now make small cookies and bake it in microwave for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
